JAKARTA - Two female pedestrians were targeted by mugging victims on Jalan Palmeriam, Matraman District, East Jakarta.

The perpetrators, numbering two people with one automatic motorbike, are believed to have been following the victim from inside the Palmeriam Market to the exit towards Jalan Matraman Raya.

As a result of the incident, the victim's cellphone worth Rp. 10 million was stolen by the perpetrator. The robbery was also caught on CCTV cameras at the scene.
