In Front Of The Judge, Herry Wirawan Admits That He Raped A Dozen Students And Apologizes

JAKARTA - The defendant Herry Wirawan (HW) admitted all his immoral acts to 13 female students as charged by the prosecutor in his case trial.

According to the Head of Legal Information Section of the West Java High Prosecutor's Office, Dodi Gazali Emil, Herry made this confession during a trial at the Bandung District Court, Bandung City, West Java, Tuesday, January 4.

In addition, according to him, Herry apologized before the panel of judges in a trial with the agenda of examining the defendant.

"Defendant HW admitted all his actions, he admitted his actions, and all of what was indicted was justified by defendant HW", said Dodi.

According to him, during Herry's examination, the prosecutor asked for all the materials indicted, including the facts that had emerged in the previous trial from the statements of the witnesses.

"Yes, the way he did it, how he perpetrated his crime", said Dodi as well.

Furthermore, he said, the trial against Herry will be held with the agenda of the prosecution hearing. However, Dodi has not submitted a schedule for the charges to be tried.

Meanwhile, Herry was accused of committing immoral acts to dozens of female students. His disgraceful act caused the victims to experience pregnancy and give birth.

Herry is accused of acting in 2016 and 2021. He is said to have acted in several places, from Islamic boarding schools to inns such as hotels and apartments.
