MEDAN - The issue of ear-twisting by the Governor of North Sumatra (Gubsu) Edy Rahmayadi to the billiards coach at the Papua PON, Khairuddin Aritonang alias Choki, continues.

Khairuddin Aritonang when met with his legal representative said that his party had sent a subpoena to Edy Rahmayadi. Through the summons, Choki hoped that Governor Edy would apologize to him publicly.

"We have given a subpoena to Edy Rahmayadi, we sent it at 13.00 WIB, the letter has been received. We hope that in that subpoena we convey we hope that Edy apologizes for admitting mistakes and not justifying his actions," said Choki accompanied by his legal representative, Teguh Syuhada, Thursday, 30 December.

The subpoena against Governor Edy is valid for 1x24 hours since the letter was received. According to him, Gubsu Edy will be reported under Article 310 of the Criminal Code regarding insults and the Human Rights Law Number 39 of 2009 if he does not respond to the summons.s

"If we refer to the summons, 1 x 24 hours, it means that tomorrow at 2 pm we will report it to the North Sumatra Police," he explained.

In addition, Choki also reported the actions of Governor Edy Rahmayadi who pinched his ear to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Chair of the North Sumatra DPRD.

During this case, Choki admitted that he had received many offers for charities. In addition, the PON Papua billiards coach admitted that he had never received any pressure after this case emerged to the public.

"Many people want this mediation, a lot. But that's not the case, mediation, shake hands, I'm sorry, that's not the case," he said.

In addition, Choki claimed to have been met by the Chairman of the North Sumatra KONI. The chairman of the North Sumatran KONI advised him not to stir up this issue anywhere and withdraw it into political affairs.

"I have (meeted). The solution is, there is a meeting, there is peace. But I am confused as to what, I'm sorry, there are many elements that I have to think about," he said.

Previously, the video of Governor Edy's action expelling the pool coach Contingent from North Sumatra was widely circulated. In the 2 minutes and 59 second video, Governor Edy is seen giving a speech.

Governor Edy called Choki for not joining in the applause. Choki stood up from his chair and stepped forward.

"What athlete are you?" asked Edy.

Choki then replies that he's a pool coach. "Not suitable to be this coach," said Governor Edy.

Then, Governor Edy also pinched the coach's ear. The action of the number one person in North Sumatra was greeted with laughter from those present at the event.

Judged to embarrass himself, Choki got off the podium and left Governor Edy. Governor Edy Rahmayadi suddenly became emotional.

"Enough, go home. You don't have to use it anymore. You go out right away. You don't have to be here anymore," said Governor Edy curtly.
