Knock! Aipda Rudi Panjaitan Receives 3 Sanctions After Rejecting Reports Of Robbery Victims

JAKARTA - Aipda Rudi Panjaitan, a member of the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) of the Pulogadung Police, was found guilty in an ethical trial in the aftermath of refusing to report a robbery victim. Aipda Rudi was sentenced to three sanctions.

"Imposing ethical sanctions and administrative sanctions", said the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes E. Zulpan, to reporters, Friday, December 17.

The third sanction is the transfer of duties outside the Metro Jaya Police area. Later, the Profession and Security Division (Propam) will write to the National Police Headquarters regarding the transfer of the task.

"Metro Jaya Police will provide recommendations and proposals to the National Police Headquarters regarding the transfer in question", said Zulpan.

The sanction was given because, in the professional ethics trial, Aipda Rudi Panjaitan was declared to have violated the rules.

"The verdict from the trial that has been carried out is to determine that Aipda Rudi Panjaitan is legally and convincingly proven to have violated the National Police Chief Regulation Number 19 of 2011", said Zulpan.

Aipda Rudi Panjaitan, a member of the Pulogadung Police SPKT, attracted attention with his disgraceful attitude. He had refused to accept reports of robbery victims.

Aipda Rudi Panjaitan's attitude angered the Metro Jaya Police Chief, Inspector General Fadil Imran when a woman named Meta Kumala (32) made a confession video that went viral on social media.

The video tells about Apida Rudi Panjaitan's unprofessional attitude. In fact, at that time, Meta wanted to make a report because he was a victim of a crime at the Pulogadung Police.

He became a victim of the tire burst mode theft he experienced on Sunan Sedayu Street, Rawamangun, Pulogadung, East Jakarta.

However, in the reporting process, Meta received unpleasant treatment. The treatment in question was that Aipda Rudi Panjaitan had refused to report and made a statement that the reporting actually made it difficult for him.

In fact, a police officer should protect the community. Moreover, it must take action against all forms of crime.
