JAKARTA - Unfortunately, one family died in a fire that occurred in a densely populated residential area on Jalan Tambora 1, RT 10/02, Tambora Village, Tambora District, West Jakarta. when the fire broke out on Wednesday, December 8, at around 04.42 a.m. local time.

The blaze could only be localized at 05:35 a.m. with water from 21 units of fire engines (Damkar) and assisted by 105 firefighters.

"The cause is suspected to be an electric short circuit. The burned object area is 735 square meters of the four houses," he said.

Until now, officers are still doing cooling in the location of the fire. Meanwhile, the victim's body was evacuated to the National Central General Hospital Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) for further investigation.
