JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo ordered all his staff to continue to maintain performance in controlling COVID-19. This effort must be increased so that Indonesia is safe from the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

"I as the National Police Chief express my highest appreciation and appreciation to all Polri personnel, both at Headquarters, Regional Police, and on the farthest, remote islands who have carried out all their hard work. The success of handling COVID-19 cannot be separated from the hard work of all colleagues. I express my gratitude and highest appreciation,” said the National Police Chief in his statement, Saturday, December 4.

With the hard work that has been done so far, said Sigit, it has resulted in optimism for the country's rise to be able to get out of the pandemic period. Moreover, currently, Indonesia has successfully organized national events such as PON in Papua, as well as international World Superbike in Mandalika, NTB, and the Indonesia Badminton Festival (IBF) in Bali.
