A Foreigner Relaxing In The Middle Of Seminyak Street Makes Traffic Jammed, Allegedly Stressed Or Drunk

BADUNG - Female Foreign Citizen (WNA) whose identity is not yet known walks in the middle of the road on Jalan Raya Seminyak, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali. The foreigner's video has gone viral on social media.

In the short video, the foreigner can be seen walking in the middle of the road and was honked by the driver. In the caption of the video it is written, "A foreign woman is walking in the middle of Jalan Raya Seminyak, causing a bit of a traffic jam,".

The head of the Badung Civil Service Police (Satpol PP) I Gusti Agung Ketut Suryanegara said his party was coordinating with officers in Kuta, Bali. But the foreigner has not been found.

"Just now, I have confirmed with the members in Kuta. It means that they were checked there, the person has disappeared," Suryanegara said when contacted, Thursday, December 2.

The foreign woman was walking on Jalan Raya Seminyak, Kuta. When checked, the foreigner was not found.

"I can't comment because I don't know, the Lurah was also asked whether he didn't know. Indeed, it happened that someone passed by in the video, after that (it went viral) in the media, we're looking for it, it's gone," he said.

He suspected that the foreign woman was stressed or drunk. The Satpol PP is still investigating the whereabouts of the foreigner.

"If you look in the middle of the road, you may be stressed or maybe drunk, until you walk in the middle. If you find them, they must be (guided) according to the SOP, we will take them to the health center to see if they are drunk (or) stressed, to check their health whether there are mental or psychological disorders," Suryanegara said.
