MEDAN - The public prosecutor (JPU) has sued the former treasurer of the Glugur Darat Health Center, Medan, Esthi Wulandari with a sentence of 7.5 years in prison. "The defendant is legally and convincingly guilty of committing an act of enriching himself and another person or a corporation that could harm the state's finances or the state's economy", said the prosecutor in a trial at the Medan District Court, Monday, November 29.
The prosecutor also demanded that the resident of Medan Tuntungan Sub-district pay a fine of IDR 300 million, a subsidiary of 6 months in prison.
