Anggiat Called Unlucky Because Facing Arteria Dahlan From PDIP, PKS: People Must Come First, Not Elite

JAKARTA - The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) has opened its voice over the dispute between DPR Commission III member Arteria Dahlan and Anggiat Pasaribu, who claims to be from the family of a three-star general.

The reason is that PKS was mentioned by one of the legal experts who called Anggiat being 'unlucky' because she was facing Arteria from PDIP. It would be worth the story if Arteria was from PKS or Democrats, the response to this problem would not move quickly.

The chairman of the PKS DPP, Mardani Ali Sera, said that anyone in Indonesia is equal before the law. It doesn't have to be from the ruling party or the opposition.

"Everything should be processed properly. What can't be done because it involves the new elite, everyone is busy. The people must come first, not the elite," said Mardani, Wednesday, November 25.

Previously, Constitutional Law expert Refly Harun also commented on the news about a woman who claimed to be the daughter of a three-star general who had an argument with Arteria Dahlan's mother.

According to Refly, the woman, who was later identified as Anggita Pasaribu, was having bad luck because she was facing the parents of a member of the House of Representatives Commission III who also came from the election-winning party, PDIP.

"So this woman must be unlucky because what she is facing is a member of the DPR who happens to be from the ruling party," explained Refly Harun as reported by VOI via the Youtube channel @Refly Harun, Wednesday, November 24.

Of course, because it came from the ruling party, the process of this case was fast. It's a different matter if Arteria comes from PKS or Democrats. "This is the ruling party, the process is fast, especially as Arteria is a controversial figure, bringing up a lot of controversial things, so it's not surprising that many people don't really care the story," quipped Refly.
