JAKARTA - Member of Commission III of the House of Representatives from the PDI-P faction, Arteria Dahlan, told a detailed chronology of his mother being abused by an unknown woman who claims to be the family of a three-star TNI general.

At first, Arteria didn't want to prolong the commotion. However, the video of the woman's angry action posted by one of his commissioners, Sahroni, went viral on social media.

"The DPR is taught how to respect every state institution. From the start, I didn't want to bring this issue up with the TNI, it involved anything else. Because I did it silently. At that time, Mr. Roni (Sahroni) posted it without my knowledge. That means, from the start, I wanted to localize this conflict," said Arteria.

"Moreover, I have great respect for the Panglima, his younger brother is my former Chief of Police, my brother is already rich, Mr. Birawa. We respect Mr. Dudung too. Imagine having just been inaugurated, there is a problem like this, I don't want it. But the issue is like this, if It's like this, we have to localize it quickly," he continued.

The PDIP politician hopes that this issue will not become a polemic that is used by many parties. Arteria asked the TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa and TNI KSAD Dudung Abdurachman to evaluate the protocol problems at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

"Yesterday I was confronted by the so-called protocol from their side, it turns out that the Kodim intelligence officer has long hair. Fortunately, the person was used to be ordered to beat me up, he was thin. Finally, I confront him, 'what happened, sir?' I said, 'no, this mother doesn't fit well.' So all airport protocol security must have attributes, like in the DPR there is a DPR RI, this one is airport protocol. Imagine if yesterday's incident happened, people would think it was a civilian, I also civilians. We don't know, suddenly he said 'I'm TNI', it's a hassle. That's the first one," explained the East Java legislator.
