JAKARTA - The police said it was viral that the mother of DPR member Arteria Dahlan was cursed by a woman who claimed to be the son of a three-star military general with a long tail. Both parties report to each other.

"Yes, that's true (reporting to each other), which was reported in Article 315 of the Criminal Code," said Head of Public Relations of the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police, Commissioner Adjutant of Police Prayogo, to VOI, Monday, September 22.

Article 315 of the Criminal Code contains every intentional insult that is not libelous or written defamation committed against a person, either in public orally or in writing, or in front of the person himself by word of mouth or deed, or by a letter sent or received, shall be threatened with a light insult with a maximum imprisonment of four months and two weeks or a maximum fine of four thousand five hundred rupiahs.

The two sides decided to report to each other on Sunday, November 21.

However, in the process of handling the case, the police tried to mediate between the two parties. But the time has not been determined to bring the two together.

"There is no (mediation schedule). Technically it depends on the investigator, how, where, it depends on the investigator," said Prayogo.

Previously, a viral video of a woman cursing at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Cengkareng, Banten, Sunday, November 21. The woman who cursed carried the name of the three-star general of the TNI and the head of the party.

It is known that the woman who claimed to be the daughter of a three-star general cursed the mother of a member of Commission III of the DPR from the PDIP faction, Arteria Dahlan.

Arteria then decided to report the woman who cursed his mother to the authorities.

Then in another video, the woman who claims to be the daughter of a three-star general, appears to walk out of Arrival Terminal 2E Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, and immediately boarded a green Mitsubishi Pajero Sport SUV with a special number plate for Indonesian Army officials.

Arteria Dahlan, who confirmed this matter, admitted that he did not want to enlarge this issue. Because, he has reported the woman to the authorities and is currently being carried out further processes.

"It's been processed at the Airport Police, let's just take the legal route," explained Arteria Dahlan when confirmed, Sunday, November 21 night.
