Former Deputy Head Of The Indonesian National Police First Admiral Tedjo Sukmono Will Be Taken To Funeral Home In Malang

JAKARTA - Former Deputy Head of Information Center (Wakapuspen) TNI Headquarters First Admiral TNI Tedjo Sukmono died Sunday night.

Head of the Navy Information Service (Kadispenal) First Admiral TNI Julius Widjojono said the plan was for the deceased to be taken to a funeral home at Kesantrian Dalam street number 15A, 02/01, Blimbing, Malang City.

The deceased departed from the residence of Jalan Harapan Number 4 Head of West Gading, North Jakarta to the Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport Baseoff at around 07.00 western Indonesia time.

Rear Admiral Tedjo died at the Hermina Serpong Hospital, South Tangerang, at 22.05 western Indonesia time due to illness.

First Admiral TNI Tedjo Sukmono is a high-ranking TNI-AL officer who since October 25, 2021, has received a promotion to the Deputy for Search and Rescue Operations and Preparedness of the BNPP (Basarnas).

This promotion is based on the Decree of the Commander of the TNI Number Kep/943/X/2021 dated October 25, 2021, regarding dismissal from and appointment to positions within the TNI.

Other positions held by the deceased were Commander Lanal Sibolga (2009-2011), Commander of the Surabaya Satlinlamil (2016), Aspers Pangkoarmabar (2016-2017), Sekdisminpersal (2017), Kadisminpersal (2017-2019), and Commander Lantamal V/Surabaya (2019-2020).
