The Cow To Be Sacrificed Went Berserk, Fell Into A Ditch 2 Meters Deep

JAKARTA - A cow that was about to be sacrificed fell into a ditch more than 2 meters deep, in RW 12, Sadang Serang Village, Coblong District, Bandung City, West Java.

The cow, weighing approximately 8 quintals, fell when she was about to be unloaded from the cow transporting car.

"The cows were off, but they didn't go mad. He also pursued them slowly, because if he was chased they were afraid the cows would panic and there are children here," said Head of RT 01 Endang Saefudin as reported by Antara, Friday, July 31.

Before falling, the cow went berserk when he got out of the car. Finally, the cow got out of control of the residents and fell into a ditch, making a loud noise.

The brown cow then became a spectacle for local residents. Even though he was stuck, the cow looked calm and could still be controlled by the residents.

The plan, said Endang, was that the cow would be slaughtered on Saturday, August 1, along with other sacrificial animals at the Al Ikhlas Mosque in the area.

Even though the cow went berserk and fell into the ditch, Endang ensured that no resident was victimized or injured by the incident.

A number of personnel from the Bandung City Fire and Disaster Management Agency (Diskar PB) also came to the location to evacuate the cow. They tried to build a fire escape to help the cow rise to the surface.
