They Choose Ganjar Pranowo Because There Are Many Similarities With Jokowi

JAKARTA - Chairman of Jokowi Mania (JoMan) Immanuel Ebenezer or Noel, mentioned many similarities between President Joko Widodo and the Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo. It is known that JoMan volunteers have dropped their support for Ganjar Pranowo to run as a presidential candidate in the 2024 presidential election. Volunteers supporting Ganjar led by Noel have transformed into GP Mania. "Today, Mas Ganjar, we will see a figure who can maintain the legacy of President Jokowi," said Noel when contacted by VOI, Wednesday, November 3.

According to Noel, Jokowi has succeeded in creating a high standard of future leadership for the nation. Namely, first, by working. Second, don't get caught up in the political game. "And third, stay consistent in maintaining the ideology of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia," he said. GP Mania then reminded Ganjar Pranowo to carry out the leadership standards that Jokowi had made. Because even though he supports, GP Mania will not indiscriminately criticize the government if it is not in accordance with the ideals of the nation, including Ganjar if he becomes president. "We will destroy Jokowi's government, we don't care. We will also give a warning to Mas Ganjar, don't compromise with bandits and gang up in the cabinet," said Noel.

Noel stated that JoMan or GP Mania is ready to support and oversee the government because until now Jokowi is supported, not ministers.

"That's why I am against the minister who is a thief, savage, deceitful," said Noel again.

"This is also to remind Mas Ganjar too, I am a supporter, I do not ask for power, do not ask for money from Mas Ganjar. Never betray the will of the people," said Noel. However, Noel admitted that until today there has been no meeting between GP Mania and Ganjar Pranowo. This situation, he said, was the same as when JoMan supported Jokowi in the last presidential election.

"If we are Jokowi Mania or GP mania until now we have not communicated, then we have never met. We see this is the same case with Jokowi in the past, we are met with ideals and struggle. This means that there is a similarity between what is done by reward and GP mania," explained Noel. Noel said Ganjar volunteers had planned a consolidation to unite support for the PDIP politician.

"Consolidation is only in the planning stage, which is clearly my task for GP mania to try to call on the nation's components to create communities to support Ganjar," said Noel.

He hopes that Ganjar can maintain his electability as a presidential candidate. "Because we always evaluate what we do, does Ganjar's electability increase? Oh, it goes up, so what we do is accepted by the public," explained Noel. Noel thinks the meeting with Ganjar isn't that important. Most importantly, Ganjar can be consistent in every step he takes as a potential leader.

"It's up to Mas Ganjar, we don't have any business, if we want to find it, we're grateful if we don't find it okay, why bother, we're not beggar volunteers, not homeless volunteers, especially if we're Jokowi Mania. We can start the fight and end it. If Mas Ganjar is inconsistent and he is involved in corruption, we overwrite it too, it doesn't matter like Jokowi," said Noel.
