For Safety Reasons, Limp Bizkit Cancels All US Tour

JAKARTA - Rap rock band Limp Bizkit has canceled their entire United States tour.

Launching NME today, August 8, Limp Bizkit said fan safety is a top priority.

"Out of great care and concern for the safety of the band, crew, and most of all fans, this Monday's Limp Bizkit show and remaining August tour has been canceled."

Contrary to the official statement, citing Blabbermouth, the band's frontman, Fred Durst told a fan that guitarist Wes Borland was ill before their concert in New Jersey on Friday, August 6.

Limp Bizkit has not explained the reason for canceling the entire tour, especially since they performed at the Lollapalooza music festival.

Their appearance on Lollapalooza has an effect on increasing the number of streams of songs they have released. Billboard reported an additional 1.9 million streams in total and their song sales increased by 100 percent.

In the event, Limp Bizkit also shared news about their latest album. “This is a song from our newest album called 'Dad Vibes'. I want everyone to dance now.”

Borland himself once revealed the difficulty of completing their latest album. “We worked for 10 years in the studio and finished the album. Seven times to different studios and we keep working.”
