Ekko Show Express Inspiration Behind Lirik Writing Tor Monitor Chair

JAKARTA - The Ecko Show finally opened its voice regarding the lyric verse for the song 'New People Lebe Gacor' which became so viral and was played a lot and covered on social media.

The verse of the lyrics in question reads, Tor monitor the chairman/Members want to report to the chairman/Condition again, the chairman/Yang just said thank you.

Ekko said that he got the phrase tor monitor' unexpectedly, namely when he saw one of the scenes from comedian Kadir on social media.

"(His aspirations) are from comedian, Bang Kadir," said Ekko to the media crew in Kuningan, South Jakarta some time ago.

The 39-year-old singer and rapper explained that the Madura accent worn by Kadir made him change the initial lyrics that used to be the chairman's monitor to the chairman's monitortor.

"The lyrics, at first it wasn't like that. Just 'monitoring the chairman'. There's no 'tor' in front," said Ekko.

"It's just that time I was opening TikTok, eh the video (Kadir) appeared. So I thought, 'Oh yes, it's good, the 'tor' is placed in front.'

Furthermore, Ekko talked about how he got inspiration in music. Although almost four-headed, he admitted that he often hangs out with people who are much younger.

"I'm never the same hangout as the same age. I hang out with young people, because inspiration comes from them," said Ecko.

Being left with those who are much younger does not mean that Ekko must 'lowen' himself. His association with young people is often filled with many discussions that are tough, one of which is talk about politics.

"We even talk about politics," he said. There's never been inspiration when hanging out with the same age. So, I hang out with ABG (New Children Gede).

Ekko added that he had been living with young people for a long time.

"Mylongsan has never wanted to be with the same generation. I hang out with young people," concluded Ekko Show.
