Solary Duff Opens Voice Regarding Speculation Of Leonardo DiCaprio Becomes An Inspiration For The 'Mature' Song

JAKARTA - Allay Duff has finally opened its voice in response to wild speculation circulating about his latest single, 'Mature', which is said to refer to top Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio.

As is known, after a decade-long break from the music industry, the 38-year-old singer and actress released a new song in early November.

What sparked the furore of his new single was the lyrics that hinted at Duff's regret for having a relationship with a much older man in the past.

The lyric line that caught the attention of the fans the most was, "Very Leo of you with your Scorpio touch".

Due to the excitement that occurred on social media, Duff admitted that he enjoyed how content creators and internet detectives analyzed the lyrics of the song.

"First of all, we are very entertained by all this speculation," Hilary said in a recent interview at the On Air with Ryan Sea lost.

"To be honest, it's a thrilling, one hundred percent thrilling, and the internet is a really funny place. I'm obsessed with everyone and I see all the videos," he continued.

However, she also emphasized that fans should not take anything seriously uploaded by her husband, Matthew Koma, on social media.

The reason is, Koma became the main trigger for speculation. Shortly after the song was released, he had re-uploaded an iconic meme from the 1997 blockbuster film "Titanic", which featured Leonardo DiCaprio holding the cover of a single "Mature".

"No, you can't take anything that Matthew uploads seriously. He's the biggest troll on planet Earth," said Duff. "He's going to take everyone all the way and very happy to do it."

Although this topic is very interesting, Duff refuses to clearly share who is the man who inspired the song "Mature".

"So, (I) did not confirm, did not deny anything here," he added, allowing the mystery to hang.

In a separate interview with Vogue, singer Duff also revealed that "Mature" was inspired by his brief experience that happened in the past.

"But it's not completely autobiographic. I took some artistic freedom just to make songs work structurally, but the point is the point. I look back on this relationship and think about whether this man has a habit of dating younger women or whether I'm 'special'," said the mother of four.

For information, Hilary Duff and Matthew Koma, who married in 2019, have three daughters. The film star jurisprudence also has a teenage son from his first marriage to Mike Comrie.
