JAKARTA - The daughter of the late pop superstar Michael Jackson, Paris Jackson, has again filed a lawsuit over his father's legacy.
In the latest court documents, Paris accused its father's heritage executors, John Branca and John McClain, of abusing their role to enrich themselves and harm their heirs.
The 27-year-old singer, who is one of the beneficiaries of inheritance with her two brothers, filed an official objection at the Los Angeles Court on Tuesday, November 18 this week.
He targets inheritance accounting reports for the calendar year 2021. Which Jackson's children claimed only received last September.
In his latest court file, Paris made serious accusations, accusing Branca and McClain of failing to invest large sums of money and having made decisions that were not in accordance with Michael's best interests.

"Paris is increasingly worried that this inheritance has become a means for John Branca to enrich and raise himself, instead of serving the best interests of the beneficiaries and steadfastly preserving his father's legacy," the lawsuit reads, quoted by People, Friday, November 21.
Paris claims in its document that throughout 2021, the executors have pocketed compensation of more than 10 million US dollars or around Rp. 156.7 billion, a figure he calls double the amount distributed to any heir of the family allowance.
Not only that, Paris also accused Branca and McClain of holding cash worth more than US$464 million or around Rp7.2 trillion. The detention of these funds, according to him, has resulted in the failure of profits estimated at US$41 million or around Rp642.5 billion due to unproductive investments.
Jackson's second daughter's concerns also concern concerns the executor's decision to invest funds in certain entertainment projects, such as Michael's upcoming biography.
In the project, Miles Teller played Branca, which ironically also serves as executive producer of the film.
"The inheritance proceeds have metamorphized into private entertainment investment funds that are managed more for the benefit of their executors and advisors than the beneficiaries," Paris's strong accusations in the file.
Paris, which claims not to have received accounting reports for 2022 to 2025, explicitly asked the court to reject the account and forced the executors to provide a complete report on their actions.
Meanwhile, the case trial which will determine the fate of King of Pop's inheritance management is scheduled to take place on January 13.
