JAKARTA - Inul Daratista made a surprise by launching the latest version of the legendary song from the late Titiek Puspa which is entitled To Be With You For Love.

This step is a form of Inul's sincere respect for the legend, as well as a special gift to welcome Titiek Puspa's 88th birthday on November 1.

Meanwhile, my life for Cinta is widely known for conveying a universal message about the sincerity of pure love, regardless of all luxury or material.

In the latest arrangement, Inul provides a distinctive touch that combines classical pop elements with melancholic melodies, enriched with a grande contemporary dangdut color. The appreciation-packed interpretation of Inul's vocals is considered successful in bringing a simple spirit of love.

Inul himself acknowledged his closeness to Titiek Puspa which transcends the professional relationship between trans-generational musicians. Inul familiarly often calls him "Eyang Titiek". Since the beginning of his career, Titiek Puspa has been the main role model for Inul, especially in terms of dedication, discipline, and deep love for the music world. In contrast, Titiek Puspa himself often praised Inul as a persistent, sincere, and hard worker figure. Both are known to have the spirit of a strong and consistent woman working. Through the re-release of "My Life for Love", Inul wanted to remind the public that the beautiful song was Titiek Puspa's work which was very worthy to continue to be enjoyed.

The video was enlivened by the presence of Inul's husband, Adam Suseno, Mrs. Acin, YOAN, and cameos from the family of the late Titiek Puspa (Mother Tunjung Sari and Mrs. Ella Puspa Sari), Cici Paramida, and Ivan Gunawan.
