Mo\"otley Cru Totals Dolly Parton In The New Version Of Home Sweet Home

JAKARTA - The expressive heavy metal and sincerity of country music are illustrated by the collaboration of M\"otley Cr\"ie and Dolly Parton to rederive the song Home Sweet Home.

Meanwhile, Home Sweet Home as a power ballad song was first introduced by M\"otley Cr\"ie in the third studio album, Theatre of Pain, in 1985.

Twenty years later, the song was reworked in a special way. The California band invited the country's music queen, Dolly Parton.

The re-affirmation of this song started the release of the album "From the Beginning" collection of singles which includes four decades of musical M\"otley Cr\"ie which will be released on 12 September.

The 'Home Sweet Home' was first released in 1985 as the single of our Theater of Pain album. For an icon like Dolly Parton to sing in songs that not only mean to us but also to all fans over the years, is the highest achievement in a career that means a lot to us," reads M\"otley Cr\"ie's statement, quoted by Billboard, Monday, June 23.

"We are very happy to celebrate our 40th anniversary of Home Sweet Home in this special way, and we are delighted to be able to share this version of the song with all Dolly and M\"otley fans around the world."

Part of the new version of the sale of the 'Home Sweet Home' from M\"otley Cr\"ie and Parton will be donated to Covant House, a nonprofit organization that provides safe shelter, food, and hopes for young people who experience homelessness.

We can unite with Dolly to raise awareness for the homeless and the extraordinary work of Covant House, which provides a safe place to live and care for them, making them even more special. We hope you will enjoy the Home Sweet Home featuring Dolly Parton as well as Dolly and we enjoy making it," the band said.

"It's an honor and joy to work in the studio on the re-release of 'Home Sweet Home' M\"otley Cr\"ie to commemorate the 40th Anniversary," added Parton. I'm very happy they asked me to sing in such a classic song.

Meanwhile, the upcoming album 'From the Beginning', will also be released in the form of a standard CD, set two LPs with CDs, plus an exclusive variant of two LPs at Walmart, Target, and Amazon.
