Guidelines For Changing Tickets And Watching J-Hope Concerts In Jakarta

JAKARTA - Just counting days to prepare to celebrate J-Hope's first solo concert in Indonesia. The show titled J-Hope Tour 'HOPE ON THE STAGE' in JAKARTA will last for two days at ICE BSD, Tangerang, on May 3 and 4, 2025.

iMe Entertainment Group Asia as the promoter has announced guidelines for ticket exchanges and coming to the show venue.

The ticket exchange started this afternoon at the Indonesia Arena. The organizers divide the ticket exchange stage for the first and second day of performances.

The following is the schedule for exchanging e-vouchers for J-Hope Tour 'HOPE ON THE STAGE' in JAKARTA:

For ticket exchanges, those who have tickets in their own name are asked to bring their e-voucher and KTP/Passport/SIM/student cards that are still valid.

Meanwhile, for the exchanges represented, they were asked to bring a printed e-voucher, a power of attorney that had been signed and matched (IDR 10,000 outlet) by the person represented, as well as a copy of the KTP/Passport/SIM/student card that was still valid from the person whose name was listed on the e-voucher.

In addition, the organizers have also conveyed what provisions should be done and should not be done to enjoy the show.

"To ARMY, for the convenience and security of all of us, make sure you follow the important rules of the concert and ask to check what is permissible and should not be done at the J-Hope Tour 'HOP ON THE STAGE' in JAKARTA," reads the statement uploaded by iMe Indonesia.

To enjoy performances with thousands of other people, viewers are asked to carry concert/wristband tickets; personal identity and wallets; cell phones, powerbanks and additional/usb memory cards; official BTS lightstick; masks, wet wipes and cleaning gels; sunscreen and deodorant.

The audience also appealed to arrive on time, dress attractively comfortably, stay hydrated, eat in the F&B area before the concert, don't forget to go to the toilet before the show, and enjoy the show with other audiences.

Meanwhile, for some things to avoid, among others, is pushing while queuing, throwing goods on stage, raising your hands over your head for too long, carrying a large bag or suitcase, standing on the bench, carrying umbrellas or other items that are too long, carrying drones, carrying lasers, and carrying trash or tripod.

In addition, spectators are also prohibited from carrying tablets/lipads, sharp weapons, illegal drugs and liquor, cigarettes/pods/vape/fireboards, loudspeakers, large banners or flags, costumes, and pets.

"All types of photos, video recordings, and live streaming are not permitted. Digital and professional cameras, recorders, tablets, selfie sticks are also not permitted. Organizers have the right to delete all data taken during the event," reads the promoter's statement.
