Taylor Swift Completes The Eras Tour, Attended By 10 Million Spectators With Total Ticket Sales Of IDR 31 Trillion

JAKARTA - Taylor Swift has officially completed the World Tour The Eras Tour tour through the last show to take place in Vancouver, Canada on Sunday, December 8 local time.

For the sixth concert tour which lasted 21 months, the 34-year-old singer-songwriter appeared in 149 shows in 51 cities in 21 countries.

At the last show, Swift kept saying thank you to all the spectators who were already present at the BC Place Stadium.

"I would like to thank each of you for being part of the most thrilling chapter of my life to date, Eras Tour whom I love," Swift said, citing a video uploaded by @TSupdatinh on X, Tuesday, December 10.

The 'Blank Space' singer tries to summarize the journey of The Eras Tour which has been attended by more than 10 million people worldwide.

"We've been on tours around the world, we've had so many adventures, this is the most exciting, great, intense, and most challenging thing I've ever had in my entire life," he said.

"We have appeared in front of more than 10 million people on this tour," Swift added.

The last show of The Eras Tour also featured fans singing the song "Happy Birthday" to Swift, ahead of her 35th birthday on December 13.

The New York Times report obtained from Taylor Swift Touring said Eras Tour sold total tickets worth 2 billion dollars (around Rp. 31 trillion). This value is said to be twice as big as selling dirty tickets to other concert tours in history.

For information, Swift started The Eras Tour through a show in Glendale, United States on March 17, 2023.

Among the millions of fans and many celebrities who attended this tour, his girlfriend Travis Kelce was present at a show in Australia, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Paris, Dublin, and Singapore.
