Ananda Badudu Reveals Reasons To Awaken Banda Neira After Long Sleep

JAKARTA - Without many clues or signs, Banda Neira announced a comeback with a new single and album. They also introduced Sasha as the new vocalist for Rara Sekar's successor.

Since disbanding in 2016, Ananda Badudu as the founder has often been urged to reunite. Although he could not make it in an old formation, he only appeared several times solo and collaboratively.

One of Ananda's moments of performing Banda Neira's songs took place at the 2023 Partypora. From there he realized that he wanted to celebrate his works with loyal listeners.

"It took eight years for me to bear the feeling of guilt that I could not account for the work in front of listeners. This time I want to celebrate Banda Neira with listeners. While I am still alive. While I can still," Ananda Badudu said in her official statement, October 28.

Single Tak Apa Akui Tired of starting the journey of the third album entitled Growing and Menjadi. The album was worked on in the recording studio from May to September 2024. The album, whose entire song was produced by Lie Indra Perkasa, was recorded at the Gadgadasvara (Tangerang) and Kua Etnika (Yogyakarta) studios.

The album is scheduled for release on November 1. Just waiting a few days to witness the rise of Banda Neira from her long sleep.
