Kahitna Leaks New Song On The Concert Stage 'Kahitna 2 Years Towards 40'

JAKARTA - The 'Kahitna 2 Years Towards 40' concert is a big show that maintains intimacy with the audience. In addition to nostalgia with the best hits, Kahitna also shared the leaks of their new song.

Titled "When Arriving Later", the song will be sung on Tuesday, September 17 evening at the JCC Plenary Hall, Jakarta.

In the middle of the concert, Yovie Widianto and his colleagues in Kahitna briefly chatted with Soulmate before continuing to another performance. In the session, Yovie said that Kahitna would perform a song that had not been released specifically for this concert.

"From Kahitna's songs, there is a song theme that seems to have never been written by us because it's about getting married, engagement is done, broken up, there is more, there are all of them," said Yovie Widianto as quoted by ANTARA.

"But, there is one song that hasn't been written yet, what if we see a child who grows up with us, suddenly he (asks permission) to get married, how does he feel for father and father who have children are already big," he continued.

Therefore, Yovie made a song titled "When Arriving Later" which had just finished writing the lyrics and composition of the piano. Through the song, Yovie wants to invite his father, brother, and people to choose a good partner and take care of them until the end of their lives later.

"Mass or teenagers already have a boyfriend, how to ask their parents for permission, now it has never been written," said Yovie.

He continued, "I want to bring it for the first time at the JCC, for the fathers please pay attention to the lyrics so that the boys can take care of the other girls beautifully, the title is 'When You Arrive'".

Only with the accompaniment of the Yovie piano, Mario Ginanjar and Hedi Yunus as Kahitna vocalists began singing the song "When Arriving Later". Even though it was the first time it was shown, Soulmate looked happy until she burst into tears when the song was sung.

"Now you're an adult, a airline and get your dreams, when you arrive, it's time for you to step up, edit your soulmate," is a lyric piece of the song "When You Arrive Later".

One unforgettable part of the song is, "The beautiful and beautiful choice of faith".

According to Yovie, the lyrics mean that choosing a partner is not only seen from his beautiful face, but also the beauty of his heart and beauty of faith. The song is also intended for his son, Arsy Widianto, who is an adult.

After performing the pre-release song "When Arriving Later", Yovie also introduced a new music group under his tutelage named KIM. KIM is a trio fronted by his son, Arsy Widianto with two colleagues, Rachel Rae and Gusty Pratama.

The group, which debuted in 2023, performed the song "Unlikely" for Soulmate who was present at the Kahitna concert. Although not many know about KIM, the quality of the voices of each member looks promising and managed to invite a Soulmate admiration meeting last night.
