Active Singing, Vionita Sihombing Wants To Continue Education To Master's Office

JAKARTA - Vionita Sihombing has had a long journey in the world of national music. Becoming the champion at The Voice Indonesia talent search event in 2019, the 25-year-old singer has released five singles so far.

Along with her music career, Vionita decided to continue her education. Getting a bachelor's degree in the Music Education study program in 2021, she continued her studies by taking a master's program for Art Education.

Not without reason when Vionita continued her studies in addition to her busy life as a singer. To be honest, he admitted that the decision was taken as a form of compromise with his family.

"To be honest, I just follow my mother. Because my family is the number one education. So I seem to follow my parents' wishes," said Vionita when visiting VOI's office in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta some time ago.

The Batak-blooded singer admitted that his parents also asked him to become a lecturer. Therefore, he continued his higher education until the master's program.

Vionita tries to accept her parents' wishes. She feels there is nothing wrong with having a career and education at the same time. Moreover, the singer of 'He's Your Past, I'm Your Future', I don't want to regret it in the future.

"I don't want to leave one of them, because I don't want to regret it either. I'm afraid if for example I don't take it, I regret it, why don't I follow what my mother said yesterday? I don't want to be like that too," he said.

"I'm also happy to learn that, but I can't sing either, because my life is like I've been singing. So I can't leave one of them. I'll try to walk hand in hand," concluded Vionita.
