Lyodra Expresss Pride To Appear At The Grand Mass Wearing Traditional Clothing

JAKARTA - Lyodra Ginting has just experienced an unforgettable moment. He had the opportunity to appear at Misa Akbar which was held at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (GBK) Jakarta on September 5 yesterday.

Lyodra did not expect it to be part of the sacred event. Apart from singing, he also met in person and asked for blessings from Pope Francis.

Through an Instagram upload, Lyodra expressed an unexpected sense of pride. Moreover, he was asked to wear Karo traditional clothing, Sumatran Ytara, which became his cultural identity.

"It is a noble and blessed day for all of us. Once informed that the Pope wants to come to Indo, in my heart I have to join worship or become a servant of worship," wrote Lyodra in the caption column.

"It turned out that sustenance was invited to become a servant of worship and asked to wear clothes from North Sumatra. Although it was a bit difficult to use for singing but proud to be able to wear traditional clothes from Tanah Karo.," he added.

At the event, Lyodra performed several songs solo and collaborated. One of the songs he sang was entitled Make Me A Channel of Your Peace. With good vocal maturity and appreciation, Lyodra's appearance received various praises.
