JAKARTA - The announcement of the Oasis reunion received a warm welcome from fans, including Indonesian musicians who admired Noel and Liam Gallagher.

From Oasis' Instagram uploads related to reunions and tour concerts next year, several Indonesian musicians can be seen responding by giving likes, such as Giring Ganesha (ex Nidji), Bimbim (Slank), Pandu Fuzztoni (MORRHEM), Indra Sinaga (Ada Band), Marcello Tahitoe alias Ello, to David Bayu.

Several young Indonesian musicians, who were born after Oasis' debut in 1991, also gave likes, such as Iqbaal Ramadhan, Mikha Angelo, Bilal Indrajaya, to Mezzaluna.

Next year's Oasis reunion is a dream come true for fans. Over the years, rumors of Noel and Liam's reunion have always sprung up.

Meanwhile, Oasis has announced 14 shows at 5 points for next year's tour concerts. So far, the britpop icon is confirmed to be traveling in England and Ireland.

For the rumors that Noel and Liam would appear together on the music festival stage, Oasis has firmly denied it.

For information, the Birmingham City University report published by The Guardian estimates ticket sales for 14 Oasis shows next year will earn 400 million or the equivalent of Ro8.2 trillion.
