Voice Musician, Ambassador Sheila On 7 To Kunto Aji Uploads Garuda Biru Emergency Warning

JAKARTA - Indonesian musicians are busy uploading 'Emergency Warning' with images of the Garuda Pancasila emblem with a blue background that has gone viral on social media since Wednesday, August 21.

The upload was in response to the efforts of the DPR and the government to annull the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) regarding the threshold for the nomination of regional heads in the 2024 Pilkada.

Several big names in the national music industry such as Duta (vocalist Sheila On 7), Kunto Aji, Isyana Sarasvati, Greenhouse Effects, Endah Widiastuti, and Baskara Putra alias Indies, also uploaded the 'Emergency Warning'.

"Hasbunallah wa ni'mal wakiil, ni'mal maula wa ni'man nasiir," wrote the Ambassador in a statement uploaded by Instagram, Thursday, August 22.

"There is nothing to do with supporting support, this is a constitutional problem that is trampled on, only one word... (hand-hand emoji)," wrote Kunto Aji in the caption of Instagram uploads.

Meanwhile, other musicians such as Nadin Amizah highlighted the DPR's quick work. He uploaded a meme comparing the performance of the DPR when working on the current Pilkada Bill with other work when discussing bills related to the interests of the people.

"Sorry, guys, you can only share meme, to be honest, at the point of haha hihi dugong, it's so scary," wrote Nadin Amizah in the Instagram Story upload.

Next, there is Sal Priadi who re-uploaded a photo of the demonstrators with a poster that was inspired by his song entitled 'Gala Bunga Matahari'.

The poster features President Joko Widodo's face with the lyrics of the song being changed, "IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE PEOPLE OFTTTTT MIGHT HEAR?????
