Phil Collins Re-releases Both Sides Album After 30 Years

JAKARTA - Phil Collins re-released his fifth solo album titled "Bonth Sides" (1993) in celebration of the album's 30th anniversary. This extended special edition comes in the form of a box set with five long plays (LP) named Both Sides (All The Sides).

Through an Instagram post, Collins announced that the box set will be available on September 20 which contains a remastered version of the original album, early demo versions, live recordings, and other rare songs.

This definitive vinyl deluxe edition compiles the original remastered album (cut at half speed by Miles Showell at @abbeyroadstudios), plus demos, b-sides, live pieces, and rare songs, for the first time in vinyl form, wrote Phil Collins in the caption.

Everything is stored in a slipcase with an image cover and a 16-pagebuklet containing a linear note newly written by music journalist @mechael_hann_writer.

The album 'Both Sides' itself can be said to be one of Phil Collins' best albums as a soloist. The album is perched on many charts and brings the Genesis personnel to more than six nominations at the Grammy Awards.

Released two years after Genesis's last album, Collins co-wrote, produced, and played every instrument of the songs heard on the album.
