Voice of Baceprot (VoB) in the near future will fly to England to appear in one of the world's major music festivals, the Glastonbury Festival. The trio from Garut is side by side with big names such as Coldplay, Dua Lipa, and SZA which are also included in the line-up.
Marsya (vocals, guitar) said the offer for a gig in Glastonbury came for Voice of Baceprot last March. Without thinking, they accepted the offer.
"Initially we were informed at the end of March. We got an email from our overseas agency, he said there was an incoming offer for VoB to play in Glastonbury. Then they asked if we could do it, whether we wanted it or not. Then after agreeing to play, we were just given technical information and all kinds of things," said Marsya at Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Friday, June 21.
Voice of Baceprot itself will appear on June 28 on the Woodsies Stage. They share the stage with Jamie XX, Sampha, The Vaccines, Kenya Grace, Lambrini Girls, Declan McKenna, Arlo Parks, and Remi Wolf.

Currently, Marsya, Siti, and Widi are still preparing to give their best performances in front of spectators who come from all over the world.
"Obviously it's still continuing to improve what has to be perfected until the last minute," Marsya said.
They also continue to train to play the songs that will be shown later. For the Voice of Baceprot personnel, there is no best preparation than the exercise itself.
"At least, for example, we are not optimal, we have prepared," concluded Marsya, vocalist of VoB.
