Two Indonesian Disjoki Appear At The International Music Festival Held On A Cruise Ship

Two Indonesian jockeys appeared on IT'S THE SHIP (doc. Special)

JAKARTA - Lionel and RAF, two dislikes (DJ) from Indonesia listed their names as IT 'S THE SHIP (ITS) performers, an EDM music festival held on a cruise ship exploring several countries.

Held for four days, May 23-26, the ITS, which celebrates the tenth event of this year, is navigating the South Korean-Japan route.

Festival digelar di atas Costa Serena, kapal cruise dari Italia yang panjang mencapai 290 meter. Costa Serena berlayar dari port Busan di Korea Selatan menuju kotaima di Jepang, lalu kembali ke Busan.

In his performances, Lionel and RAF performed music with the Afro genre, Baile Funk to Tech House for 60 minutes. They call the experience of appearing on a cruise ship a uniqueness of ITS.

Until I returned to Indonesia, I still feel proud because I can perform on behalf of Indonesia. I am also happy because I got the opportunity to appear on stage with foreign DJ-DJs, plus the show is really cool. This is my first experience participating in a music festival whose venue is on a cruise ship and the view is high seas," Lionel said in his statement, Thursday, June 13.

Over the past four days, it was a new amazing experience as well as a wishlist checked because it could play at international festival events such as ITS. "Until whenever, the journey on the cruise boat in the middle of the sea is an unforgettable moment for me," said RAF.

Meanwhile, the performance at ITS is one of the awards for Lionel and RAF after both became winners of DJ Battle 2024 which was initiated by ICEPERIENCE.ID.

Apart from Lionel and RAF, ITS was also attended by several international jockeys, including Yellow Law, Brooks, Julian Jordan, Mesto, Da Tweekaz, Afro Bros, and Quintino.
