JAKARTA - Jennifer Lopez has decided to cancel the United States tour which was supposed to start at Kia Center, Orlando, Florida on June 26.
Meanwhile, the tour was announced after releasing an album titled This Is Me... Now on February 16.
In his statement, the 54-year-old singer called the decision taken absolutely necessary. And he promised to tour again in the future.
"I'm really sad and devastated because of my heart. Please note that I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't feel it was absolutely necessary," Jennifer Lopez said, citing Pitchfork, Monday, June 3.
"I promise to make up for it and we will all be together again. I love you all very much. See you next time" he continued.
Live Nation Entertainment as the promoter also gave a statement about the cancellation of the tour. It was said that the singer decided to take leave.
Representatives of Live Nation announced that the 2024 US Summer Tour Jennifer Lopez 'THIS IS ME... LIVE' was canceled, on the grounds that Jennifer took time off to be with her children, family and close friends.
