JAKARTA - Success in the film world has not made young artist Iqbaal Ramadhan stop creating and working. The actor Dilan decided to pursue the world of music in the country. Not only that, this 24-year-old man has prepared his stage name, BAALE.

Iqbaal Ramadhan had his own reasons when he decided to use BAALE as a stage name for his latest music project. BAALE is a solo music project that will appear in a band format on stage.

"Actually, to be able to separate his identity, Iqbaal Ramadhan from the world of actorism, film producer and also as 'idola'. It seems that it is the best decision to separate it all from Iqbaal Ramadhan into BAALE, where BAALE became Iqbaal Ramadhan in music," said Iqbaal Ramadhan in Senayan, Central Jakarta last week.

The name BAALE itself is nothing new, the name has been used by Iqbaal for his social media for a long time. BAALE is also his nickname from his friends.

"When I wanted to make music, what was the name, then one of the teams arranged why not just BAALE. It means it's good, it's also close to me personally and there has been a long time pinning the nickname with me," he said.

Iqbaal admitted that he had his own burden when he used the same name when he brought his new music project. He felt there were expectations that should not be given when he was undergoing a solo music project.

"So, from the start, the name must be another name," said Iqbaal.

For Iqbaal, the name BAALE is not just a stage name, but m3n is a prayer and hope for his future music career.
