Adikara Berdisko Ria Through A New Single Titled Primadona

JAKARTA - Adikara experimented with the 1980s disco rhythm through her new single entitled 'Primadona'. The 23-year-old soloist nicely mixes music and lyrics that bring nostalgia to the era of the glory of disco music.

Not to mention, a surprise was presented through the bass solo game towards the end of the song. Something rare for today's pop song releases.

Through "Primadona", Adikara wrote and produced her own work. She also plays guitar, synth, and keyboard for the recording of this song. Meanwhile, the drums filled by Rayendra Sunito and the bass filled by Taufan Wirzon.

"It turns out that the recording of the song itself and we are also playing the musical instrument," said Adikara about the recording process for his new song, in a written statement received by VOI, Wednesday, May 29.

Meanwhile, the lyrics of the song 'Primarona' were inspired by Adikara's personal experience when he met his ideal woman at a bar in Jakarta. He also found regret after the meeting passed.

"About the story from Primadona, I'm sure many people often experience what I experience, and I want this song to represent men who often lack confidence when they want to get acquainted with women and end up with regret," said Adikara.

The 'Primadona' will be one of three materials that will be included in Adikara's debut album which will be released. Two other songs have been released in advance, namely "Nirwana" and "Say Just Say".
