Dipha Barus Featuring Jackie Castro In 'Flower', A Song About Gratitude

JAKARTA - Dipha Barus presents his newest song entitled Flower. This time, he took the Nashville singer, Jackie Castro.

The two of them met in January 2020. Flower was supposed to be released last year but due to the pandemic situation they postponed its release and it was just released today, Friday, March 12th.

At a press conference held a few days ago, Dipha and Jackie explained that Flower is a song about feeling grateful for the people and things around us.

"Like flowers, humans also experience a developmental process and this cannot be separated from their surroundings", they said.

After being postponed, Dipha and Jackie continued to produce remotely with different time zone challenges. Through this new song, Dipha also wants to present a new sound, namely gamelan rindik from Bali.

Both Dipha and Jackie are trying to be productive in the midst of the pandemic. Apart from Flower, Dipha Barus was also working on an album entitled Humankind. Jackie Castro is also actively releasing new songs for fans.
