JAKARTA - Aric Improta (Night Verses) and Stephen Harrison (The Chariot) have just announced the birth of a new musical project, a duo called House of Protection.
Officially joined under Red Bull Records after leaving Fever 333, the duo brought a myriad of their experiences as live musicians by combining the strengths of punk sonics, electronics and hardcores. These duo are built based on a common vision to create a safe space to express themselves and channel their creativity indefinitely.
'Protection' was specifically chosen because it was a Massive Attack song, and I was reading their biography when we started this project. It became quite inspiring when we started all of this. Our full name is shaped because we want to build something that protects our creativity and ideas as well as the people who come to our show. Aric said about his new project.

They admitted that at first it was a bit difficult to unify ideas. It took a while to finally be triggered by creativity in the same direction.
It's Suspended To Hurt is the first song we wrote. Some vocals come from our early improvisations. When we started this, we didn't know what kind of music we wanted to produce, or where we wanted to bring it. We've never both sung before," he explained.
"We only know the energy we want to create sonically and then we take any time to make it feel right. Fortunately, this song immediately answers many of these questions."
