Hayley Williams Reveals Paramore Mindset Is Now An Independent Band

JAKARTA - Paramore had worried music lovers. In December 2023, they were confused about their plans to make music.

Late last year was crucial for Hayley Williams Cs. Their album titled 'This Is Why' ended the contract with the Atlantic music label.

This situation was exacerbated by Paramore's decision to delete various content that had been uploaded on Instagram. At that time, the Hard Times singer was rumored to have disbanded.

However, in early 2024, Paramore emphasized that they still want to continue working on music. The difference is, this time the struggle began in an independent manner.

In an interview with Brooklyn Vegan recently, Hayley revealed his musical mindset and bandmates.

"We want what we released to surprise a lot of people. I want them to say 'Wow, I didn't expect their music to be like this'," Hayley said.

The spirit is supported by the status of those who are not bound by a large label, thus giving them more space to work.

"We always see this as a passion, we don't want to be like work. Now nothing is blocking us except the big sky, and it feels fun and inspiring at once," concluded the Paramore player.
