Foo Fighters Remembers The Departure Of The Late Taylor Hawkins Two Years Ago

JAKARTA - Foo Fighters through its official Instagram account recalls the departure of their former drummer, Taylor Hawkins, who died two years ago.

The rock band with Dave Grohl as his frontman uploaded a photo of Taylor Hawkins holding a drum stick in a room. The drummer also showed off his smile.

Not much is explained through the Foo Fighter upload. They only give a heart emoji to the uploaded caption.

In addition, Josh Freese, the drummer who replaced Taylor in Foo Fighters, also uploaded a photo of the deceased by giving a five-heart emoji in the caption.

In Josh's upload, Taylor appears to be on stage holding a microphone. He put his left hand forward.

For information, Taylor Hawkins joined Foo Fighters in 1997. He replaced the position left by William Goldsmith.

Together with Foo Fighters, Taylor felt the peak of his career as a musician. He was involved in nine studio albums released from 1997 to 2021.

On the 25th of the 2022 Matet, Taylor Hawkins breathed his last at the age of 50. At that time, he was on tour with Foo Fighters in Bogota, Colombia.
