JAKARTA - Kanye West and Ty Dolla's new collaboration album, 'Vultures 1' will soon be removed from streaming services because it is not approved by its distributors.

The album was released streaming on Saturday, February 10 and serves as the first part of a three-volume project.

However, according to Billboard, the distributor who appears to be sending this album to the platform did so without the company realizing it.

The company in question, FUGA, said: "At the end of last year, FUGA was given the opportunity to release Cultures 1. Based on our assessment of ordinary business activities, we refused to do so."

On Friday, February 9, 2024, the old FUGA client sent the album Cultures 1 through the platform's automatic process, thus violating our service agreement. Therefore, FUGA is actively working with DSP partners and their clients to remove Cultures 1 from our system.

Billboard also reported that several other distributors refused to cooperate with West after a series of its alleged anti-Semitic comments over the past few years.

Previously, this album had copyright problems. Earlier this week, the song Good (Don't Die) was removed from Spotify following complaints over the Donna Summer sample which was invalid by the late singer.

Shortly after the album was released, Summer claimed that West had "asked permission" to use the 1977 summer song 'I Feel Love' on the song, but said "he was rejected".

The message further states that the artist changed his words, asking someone to sing again or use AI to get samples at Vultures 1. They claim that this is a copyright violation'.

In December, it was also revealed that West used a Backstreet Boys sample on a song on a Vultures album entitled Everybody. However, the song was reportedly not completed, and was not featured in 'Vultures 1'.
