JAKARTA - Slayer guitarist Kerry King ejected her first single from her debut solo album. The song is titled Idle Hands.

In Slayer's last concert in November 2019 at the Los Angeles Forum in California, King removed his signature chain from his belt, raised it high, knocked it to the floor, turned it around and walked off stage.

"I knew from the start that I had not finished, and I had no intention of not continuing to play (music)," he said in a press release.

Monday, January 5, King announced yesterday that his full debut album, 'From Hell I Rise' will be released on May 17 via Reigning Phoenix Music.

The album marked its first release since Slayer's disbandment in 2019 and featured Death Angel's Mark Osegueda on vocals, Phil Demmel's former Machine Head guitarist, Hellese bassist totaling him, and King si Slayer's former bandmate Paul Bostaph on drums.

The album was produced with Josh Wilbur (Korn, Lamb of God, Averaged Sevenfold, Bad Religion), where most of his songs were recorded at Henson Studios in Los Angeles.

Sungle Idle Hands itself features a loud guitar riff and intense drums while Osegueda sings: So begins my revolution / Violence spreads my retribution / Integrate, retalite / I can't believe what I see / With my own eyes! / Can't dissect the truth from all the lies / Ideaology is at the core.
