Mother Iffet Reveals Sweet Treatment From Slank Personnel To Today

JAKARTA - Mother Iffet's name cannot be separated from Slank's 40-year career journey. Not only as the mother of Bimbim and manager for the band, the woman who was born on August 12, 1937, became Slank's savior when her personnel became addicted to drugs.

Currently, Mother Iffet is not as healthy as before, her job to guard Slank is also not as much as before. However, he revealed that Slank personnel still often visit him if he was going to perform.

"Always want to go to the goodbye show, the return is the same. Thank God I got all of that from the children," said Mrs. Iffet when met in Duren Tiga, South Jakarta last week.

Not only that, Slank's personnel also regularly visit Mother Iffet at her residence to ask about her health condition.

"Moreover, Kaka, she is the most diligent in seeing Mother. She comes here, to mother, sometimes just to congratulate her. Kaka sometimes comes alone, sometimes with his wife," he said.

Remembering Slank's 40 years of travel, the woman with the full name Iffet Veceha Sidharta said she was happy. Especially at this time, he did not find it difficult to accompany Slank at all.

"It's quite difficult, isn't it, you say it's already happened. So now Mother is 85, thank God all of them are good children," said Mother Iffet.

"Yes, what do you want to say, it has happened, so I can't say anything either. I just gave up on Slank's condition, I was happy, it didn't make it difficult for what happened to me," he said.
