Iga Massardi's Support For Freedom In Palestine Through His Guitar

JAKARTA - Iga Massardi shows his concern for what is happening in Gaza. He also voiced freedom in Palestine.

As a guitarist, Iga Massardi showed his support through a special design on his guitar and effect pedal. Both were uploaded to his Instagram account.

"There are many ways to empathize and voice freedom in Palestine. As a gear nest, I chose the musical instrument as the medium," Iga Massardi wrote in a statement on the upload, Wednesday, November 29.

There is the words 'ease Fire Now' (Settlefire Now) on Iga's guitar. Meanwhile, the effect pedal has a special design with four colors from the Palestinian flag, namely red, green, black and white.

The one painting 'ease Fire Now' on my guitar is @johnraymonart and the guitar effect on the second slide is the result of winning the auction from a great developer from Malang, @kl.works whose entire profit is contributed to Palestine," he said.

The 38-year-old musician who is a member of Barasuara also asked no party to force his thoughts to support Palestine. According to him, everyone has a different way of expressing their support for Palestine.

"Each person has their own way of supporting and having opinions. There is nothing to be forced into. Hopefully, our brothers there will be given the best miracle so that they are saved from all forms of oppression," concluded Iga Massardi.
