Aditya Ilyas Tells The Chronology Of Gitar Soegi Bornean Broken In Airplane Bags

JAKARTA - Aditya Ilyas, guitarist Soegi Bornean, told the chronology of how his 314ce-N Taylor guitar was damaged in the trunk of an airplane.

It is known that Soegi Bornean, who recently appeared in Bengkulu, was about to return to Semarang by airplane. However, the flight must first transit in Jakarta.

"So, we returned from Bengkulu to Semarang, but had to transit in Jakarta," said Aditya Ilyas, when contacted by the media crew on Wednesday, September 20.

"When we were from Bengkulu we took the 835 Super Air Jet IU. Then we transited in Jakarta, we were moved to Batik Air with flight ID 8362," he continued.

Aditya Ilyas explained that the condition of the guitar in the hardcase was already wrapped in plastic wrapping and a sticker of broken goods was affixed before it was given to the baggage officer.

Had transited for about 3 hours in Jakarta, Soegi Bornean personnel and crew continued their journey to Semarang on different planes.

When he saw the condition of the items upon arrival in Semarang, Aditya said that one of the boxes containing the mixer looked open.

"Arriving in Semarang there is something suspicious, the mixer box opens. So, maybe because the shock was too loud or something, I don't know," said Aditya Ilyas.

"But it wasn't damaged, only the lid was released from the box, when the trunk was removed suddenly. Then, because he felt there was nothing strange, only the mixer box was open. So we decided to go home," he added.

However, upon arrival at home, Aditya said the guitar in the hardcase was damaged.

"In the morning, I wanted to use the guitar, it turned out to be broken. And it uses a fairly hard built-in hardware, the hardcase. In it is very tight, there is no gap at all," said Aditya Ilyas.

"So, if it breaks it means if it doesn't because it fell from above, it means it hit the bottom. Because the top is okay, so it's not because of the tin. But because it fell too hard, because the bottom was broken," he said.
