A Series Of Musicians Prepare "Sabang Merauke Pahlawan Nusantara"

A series of musicians and artists across genres and well-known generations ranging from Cantika Abigail to music arranger Dian Hadipranowo (Dian HP) underwent preparations for a joint training session ahead of the colossal stage and the magnificent theatrical Sabang Merauke Pahlawan Nusantara at The Resonanz Studio, South Jakarta.

For the sake of the best performance on the stage which will be held on 19-20 August 2023 at JIExpo Theater, Jakarta, other gold-noise singers such as Isyana Sarasvati, Swain Mahisa, Alsant Nababan, Taufan Purbo, Mirabeth Sonia, Christine Tambunan, Nino Prabowo, Yuyun Arfah, and Gabriel Harvianto also train together.

"I'm very excited to be involved here, I think this is a cool show, because it introduces Indonesian cultural wealth through a spectacular and very entertaining show," said Cantika, quoted from Antara, Monday.

The GAC trio personnel said the show, which was initiated by iberanya and BCA, could foster a love for culture and respect the struggle of the heroes for the younger generation.

For him, the collaboration with these musicians will wrap up beauty that supports theatrical performances, regional and contemporary dances, Indonesian ethnic clothing parades, as well as 31 regional and national songs performed on stage.

Apart from musicians and singers, as many as 200 regional dancers were also involved and had undergone training sessions for approximately one month in Yogyakarta in order to perform optimally.

Big names on the performing arts stage also took part in this performance. For visual matters, Sandhidea Cahyo Narpati, Pulung Jati, Dian Bokir to Rizqy Dafin collaborated on the choreography line. The composition of the performers of this event was sweetly collected by the director Rusmedie Agus.

Meanwhile, in the fashion line, a number of well-known Indonesian designers will also showcase the best collection with Indonesian ethnic nuances. They include Ivan Gunawan, Era Soekamto, Danny Satriadi, Denny Wirawan, Ghea Panggabean, Taufik Bachtiar, and a number of other members of the Indonesian Fashion Designers Association (IPMI).
