JAKARTA - Metallica released a lyric video for their latest single, If Darkness Had A Son. This lyric video is available in four languages, namely English, Spanish, German, and French.

The official music video directed by Tim Saccenti for this song has been available since March 1. The full song appeared a few days after Metallica used the TikTok duo function to display the instrumental part of the new song.

If Darkness Had A Son is taken from Metallica's 12th studio album, 72 Seasons, which will go through Metallica's Blackened Recording.

Produced by Greg Fidelman with James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich, and more than 77 minutes long, 12 songs in 72 Seasons are Metallica's first new collection of material since Hardwired...To Self-Destruct (2016).

The album will be sold in a 2LP 140g disk format and limited edition, CD and digital variants.

JAMES Hetfield et al will play the album 72 Seasons in full with the accompanying music video in global cinemas on April 13. The trailer for this show has already been released.
