JAKARTA - Periphery partnered with Los Angeles-based creative agency Race Service to work on a video clip of Atropos' song with artificial intelligence technology or AI.

"The feeling of Atropos shows the push and pull between the beautiful/melodic and dark/chaotic parts," Periphery's vocalist Spencer Sotelo explained in his official statement.

"It gives me the idea of writing about someone living, and leaning on, a really shallow lifestyle, and a destructive result of what it causes, not only in that person's life, but in the world around them.

"I think this video captures the sharp essence in its visuals very well, and I'm happy everyone is enjoying it with the song."

Rod Chong, executive producer and creative director of Race Service, directed the video clip and is now highlighting their approach to Atropos.

"This song investigates a world of surealis darkness with a mix of direct action and AI-processed visuals, GFX moves. The irony of using AI to bring the music video about AI to life doesn't just disappear. Our goal is to describe the fixation of the human media, even in the midst of a war-torn world, when a new god forms emerge and dominate us. A charming and hypnotized result," he explained.

Race Service is a cross media agency based in Los Angeles that provides a unique and innovative brand experience, dedicated projects, and media content.

The latest experience created by Race Service includes partnerships with Red Bull, Porsche, and Animals As Leaders.
