Yamaha Will Give ABS Xmax Refreshment, What Are The Changes?

JAKARTA - Two-wheeled giant Yamaha will refresh the sports-style scooter motorcycle segment 250 cc, Xmax ABS in Japan as a 2025 model.

Launching from Japanese media Car Watch, Wednesday, March 12, this one motorcycle will be launched on April 14 at a price of 737,000 yen or equivalent to IDR 81.8 million.

The main highlight of this bongsor-body motorcycle is an internal structure that is revised with an exhaust that is 800 grams lighter than the 2023 model. Then, the scooter has a stylish exhaust shield.

The electric system on this model is also updated with an all-in-one meter with a 4.2-inch TFT screen and a side-by-side 3.2-inch LCD to display real-time motor technical information.

Yamaha Xmax ABS is equipped with a single cylindrical 4-stroke air-cooled engine that has a capacity of 249 cc or the same as the previous model. In addition, the scooter will have double headlights and side coverings with a skeleton-like motif.

The manufacturer with the garputala logo intends to present Xmax ABS which focuses on dynamic driving performance, provides convenience, and offers functionality for its users.

The motorbike will have a 'Crystal Graphite' coloring that will be embedded in the cover of the leg, front cover, stem cover, and exhaust cover.

Yamaha will present it in three different color choices, namely Black which has a charming and glossy body, then Matte Dark Gray who has a blue accent on the wheels and graphics surroundings, and Gray who features a modern and luxurious impression.

Xmax has also been sold to the Indonesian market by offering two variants, namely Connected and Tech Max. The motorbike is sold nationally for a dowry of IDR 67,965,000 to IDR 73,260,000 On The Road Jakarta.
