Harley-Davidson X440 Best Selling Motor Has A New Color, Anything?

JAKARTA - The successful and affordable Harley-Davidson X440 officially comes with the latest three colors for the Indian market.

Launching Autocar India, Thursday, August 22, the brand from the United States (US) introduces the two newest colors in the Vivid medium variant, namely Goldfish and Mustard. Unlike the basic 'Denim' variant, Mustard in this type is equipped with a yellow front and back spatbor accompanied by the Harley-Davidson logo decorated with silver finishing.

Meanwhile, another new color is in the type 'S' known as Baja Orange. It offers a contrasting orange color by not displaying the latest silver badge.

Apart from colors, Harley-Davidson doesn't change anything in the X440 model either in terms of features, technology, or performance.

This motorbike is the result of a Harley-Davidson collaboration with Indian company Hero Motocorp and the two of them are working together in developing motorcycles that suit Asian markets and market needs.

X440 carries a crudeer-type motorcycle design that resembles a Honda Rebel. However, the seating position is at the level with a fuel tank near the handlebar.

The motorbike has a seat with an altitude of 805 mm and a ground clearance of 170 mm. This is equipped with a fuel tank of 13.5 liters with a vehicle weight of 194 kg.

Treating this motorbike is a single cylindrical 440 cc air-cooled / oli engine that produces 27 dk of power and 38 Nm of torque in collaboration with six accelerating gyrboks assisted by a slipper cluster.

Harley-Davidson also provides a capable braking system with a single disk at both ends and is equipped with a dual-channel anti-lock braking system (ABS).

In India, this model comes with three different variants priced from 277,640 rupees to 324,040 rupees (Rp 51.5 million to Rp60.1 million).
