JAKARTA - PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (PT SIS) announced the recall or recall (Suzuki Product Quality Update) for the Avenis 125 model as many as 108 units in Indonesia. Furthermore, Hariadi said, the results of Suzuki's evaluation and investigation were intended to carry out further examinations to replace the component of high tension cable protection in the series of ignition coils, due to indications of material degradation in the long term in several affected units.

This condition has the potential to cause disruption to the electrical system. However, with the replacement of the Ignition Coil Assy which will be carried out by PT SIS, it is certain that this performance will remain safe.

To ensure that the vehicle is included in the Product Quality Update program, the owner of Avenis 125 can open the official Suzuki page and enter the vehicle frame number. In addition, customers can also come directly to the nearest Suzuki Official Workshop throughout Indonesia.

Examination or replacement of components is handled directly by experts and it only takes 20 minutes to check and if a replacement is needed it takes a maximum of 1 hour. This service is not charged any fees, aka free as a form of PT SIS' responsibility for products or satisfaction with its loyal customers.

"Although currently there are no complaints from Avenis users 125, we strongly recommend that owners whose units are indicated to immediately check the components first. If our technician finds that there is an unfavorable condition, the customer will get a replacement for Ignition Coil Assy for free.
