JAKARTA - For 2025, KTM 450 Rally Replica is back with various extreme updates to win more.

The dominance of KTM in the rally is undeniable. Since the first KTM 450 Rally, they have collected 235 Dakar etape wins and 10 Dakar titles.

In the manufacturer's release, April 23, it is said that the 2025 version is only produced by 100 units and is assembled directly at the Austrian Motorsports KTM. Of course, this is different from the previous years, which only produced less, namely 80 units. Orders opened on April 24, 2024. Unfortunately, the price has not been announced.

For 2025, KTM 450 Rally Replica has received the biggest update since 2020. The change includes a new engine, sharper body, and a chassis perfected by KTM Factory Racing. In essence, this motorbike is the closest production version of the KTM manufacturer's racing motorbike ever.

The KTM 450 ROLLY REPLICA 2025 is a 450cc fuel injection engine that has been tested at the Motocross and Enduro events. This machine is equipped with a new SOHC cylinder head, amplified coupling, and a strengthened gearbox. No wonder this machine offers the best performance and resilience.

The engine cooling system now uses two separate radiators, different from the previous model which used only one radiator. This ensures the engine remains cool and works optimally even in the toughest conditions.

The machine is installed in a new framework that is produced manually at the Motorsports KTM facility. This jack is made using laser-cut and hydro-formed techniques, thus offering a balance between flexibility and the ability to absorb impact energy. This breed is combined with a light and sturdy aluminum die-cast swing.

For fuel matters, KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA 2025 has a main fuel tank with a capacity of 16 liters on the back which also functions as a subframe. In addition, there are two additional tanks up front, each with a capacity of 9 liters and 9.5 liters.

The total fuel capacity reaches 34.5 liters, making this motorbike able to eat even the longest stage rally.

The front suspension uses WP XACT PRO 7548 closed cartridge cone valve fork 48 mm, while the back suspension uses WP XACT PRO 7750 shock. Both can be adjusted according to the needs of the terrain and racing style.

Not to forget, the appearance also experienced a refresher. The body is made sharper and more aggressive, and equipped with a navigation tower made of light carbon fiber.

This new fairing also increases aerodynamics and reduces air turbulence felt by racers.

The LED front light is only integrated with the front fair, increasing the range of light by 33 percent. This feature is vital for races that start in the morning or finish at night.
